Important Information, Terms and Conditions

By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding our AFCON Morocco January 2026 group trip organised by Flight2Faith.

1. Trip Overview

The group trip is scheduled for 9th – 16th January 2026. The journey includes stays in Marrakech and Tangier, with a focus on experiencing AFCON matchdays in a faith-friendly group setting.

The package is designed as an all-inclusive experience, covering flights, hotel accommodation, daily breakfast, official AFCON match tickets (Quarter Final & Semi Final) and all transport between cities and venues, as outlined below.

4. Rooming Options

Standard pricing is based on shared occupancy (for example twin, triple or quad rooms), depending on hotel allocation and group configuration. Specific rooming arrangements will be confirmed closer to departure or at the time of booking where possible.

Requests for private rooms or specific room types may be available at an additional cost and are subject to availability. These upgrades must be confirmed and paid for prior to the trip.

5. Travel & Entry Disclaimer

All travellers must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity from the date of return.

Entry into Morocco and any transit countries is subject to approval by the relevant immigration authorities. It is the responsibility of each traveller to ensure they meet all entry requirements, including visas where applicable.

Flight2Faith is not responsible for any denied visas, denied entries, deportations, or associated costs, including missed flights, alternative arrangements, accommodation, or refunds. Passengers must accept this risk prior to booking.

6. Payment

All payments are non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled by Flight2Faith. If a participant cancels for personal reasons (including but not limited to change of mind, illness, or inability to travel), no refund will be issued.

In some circumstances, partial or full refunds may be available from your travel insurance provider, subject to the terms of your policy. This is separate from Flight2Faith and must be arranged directly with your insurer.

7. Booking Procedure

After completing your payment, you must send the following via WhatsApp to confirm your booking:

8. Health & Travel Insurance

It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they are medically fit to travel and to participate in the planned activities, including attending football matches and travelling between cities.

Flight2Faith does not provide travel or health insurance. We strongly recommend arranging suitable insurance that covers:

9. Behaviour & Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the trip, in line with local laws and cultural norms. As this is a faith-friendly group experience, we expect all travellers to uphold an appropriate standard of conduct.

Disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or unlawful behaviour may result in immediate removal from group activities or separation from the group at the discretion of Flight2Faith, with no entitlement to any refund or compensation.

10. Liability Waiver

Flight2Faith and its organisers are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, theft, damage, delay, or any other unforeseen event that may occur during the trip, whether in transit, at accommodation, at stadiums, or during activities.

By booking, you acknowledge that you are travelling at your own risk and agree that Flight2Faith shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11. Changes & Cancellations

Flight2Faith reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodation, transport arrangements, or other trip elements where necessary. This may be due to factors such as schedule changes, safety considerations, stadium regulations, availability issues, or other operational requirements.

Should the trip be cancelled or significantly affected due to unforeseen events (e.g. flight cancellations, travel restrictions, civil unrest, changes to AFCON scheduling, or force majeure events), you will be contacted with further options where possible. Any refunds or alternatives will be handled in line with supplier and airline policies at that time.
