2. Our Services

Flight2Faith provides the following services through this website:

Group Tours - Faith-friendly guided group travel packages to destinations including Palestine (Al Aqsa), Makkah, Madinah, and other locations.
Flight and Hotel Search - A search tool powered by a third-party platform that allows users to search and book flights and hotels independently.
Donations - A facility to donate to Flight2Faith's Palestine humanitarian aid mission.

3. Group Tours

Each group tour organised by Flight2Faith is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are made available at the point of booking for that tour. Those trip-specific terms cover pricing, inclusions, refund policy, booking procedures, and travel disclaimers relevant to that particular trip.

The following general terms apply to all group tours offered by Flight2Faith:

All group tours are organised and operated by Flight2Faith Ltd.
Places on group tours are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment and required documentation.
Flight2Faith reserves the right to make changes to itineraries, accommodation, or other logistical elements where required for operational or safety reasons.
Flight2Faith reserves the right to cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to travel restrictions, flight cancellations, or force majeure events. In such cases, participants will be contacted with available options.
All participants must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months' validity from the date of return and must ensure they meet all entry requirements for the relevant destination. Flight2Faith is not responsible for denied visa applications, denied entry at any border, deportations, or associated costs.
Travel and health insurance is strongly recommended for all participants. Flight2Faith does not provide insurance of any kind.
All participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with local laws and the faith-friendly nature of our trips. Flight2Faith reserves the right to remove any participant from group activities for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, without entitlement to a refund.
Flight2Faith is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, theft, damage, delay, or unforeseen event during any trip. Participation is at your own risk.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments made to Flight2Faith for group tours are non-refundable unless the tour is cancelled by Flight2Faith. If a participant cancels for personal reasons, including illness, change of circumstances, or inability to travel, no refund will be issued.

Deposits and full payments are processed through our designated payment provider. Payment confirms your intention to travel and your acceptance of the applicable tour terms and conditions.

5. Flight and Hotel Search Tool

The flight and hotel search facility on this website is provided by a third-party platform. When you use this tool to search for or book flights or hotels, you are transacting directly with that third-party provider and their terms and conditions will apply.

Flight2Faith is not a party to any booking made through the search tool and accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of search results, pricing, availability, booking confirmations, cancellations, or any other matter relating to bookings made through that platform.

Any disputes or queries relating to such bookings should be directed to the relevant airline, hotel, or booking platform.

6. Donations

Donations made through the Flight2Faith website are processed securely via Stripe. By making a donation, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

All donations are non-refundable. Flight2Faith will use donations to fund humanitarian aid delivered to orphanages and hospitals in Palestine during our group tours, as described on the donate page of this website.

Flight2Faith is not a registered charity. Donations are made to Flight2Faith Ltd and are used directly for the stated humanitarian purpose.

7. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse this website by introducing viruses or other harmful material, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using the website in any way that is unlawful or harmful to others.

The content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Flight2Faith Ltd and may not be reproduced or used without our permission.
