Important Information, Terms and Conditions

By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding our Umrah October 2025 group trip organised by Flight2Faith.

1. Trip Overview

The group trip is scheduled for 14th – 25th October 2025. The journey begins in Madinah (14th – 20th October) before travelling to Makkah (20th – 25th October). The package includes return flights (if you book the included flights package), hotel accommodation in both cities, guided Ziyarah, and daily breakfast.

4. Rooming Options

Standard pricing includes quad-sharing rooms. Double or triple rooms may be available upon request at an additional cost. These upgrades are subject to availability and must be confirmed before the trip.

5. Travel & Entry Disclaimer

All travellers must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity from the date of return. Entry into Saudi Arabia is subject to approval by Saudi immigration authorities.

Flight2Faith is not responsible for any denied visas, denied entries, deportations, or associated costs, including missed flights, alternative arrangements, or refunds. Passengers must accept this risk prior to booking.

6. Payment

All payments are non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled by Flight2Faith. If the participant cancels for personal reasons, no refund will be issued.

7. Booking Procedure

After completing your payment, you must send the following via WhatsApp to confirm your booking:

8. Health & Travel Insurance

It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they are medically fit to travel and perform Umrah. Flight2Faith does not provide travel or health insurance. We strongly recommend arranging suitable insurance that covers international travel, medical emergencies, and cancellations.

9. Behaviour & Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully throughout the trip. Disruptive, abusive, or unlawful conduct may result in immediate removal from the group activities at the discretion of Flight2Faith, with no entitlement to refund.

10. Liability Waiver

Flight2Faith and its organisers are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, theft, damage, delay, or any other unforeseen event during the trip. Participation is at your own risk.

11. Changes & Cancellations

Flight2Faith reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodation, or other trip elements where necessary. Should the trip be cancelled due to unforeseen events (e.g. flight cancellations, travel restrictions, or force majeure), you will be contacted with further options.
